Alice Mae: fate or coincidence?

so two weeks ago, i quite my steady job & although i don't feel the need to explain myself in depth - i guess i want to say that i let go of the job because it truly made me sad rather than happy. so... i have started a new work adventure, in an industry i know nothing about & my emotions have been incredibly up and down on the subject because, while i'm thoroughly stoked - i'm working less and making a bit less money. it's frightening on some days.

on the other days though, (OH THESE OTHER DAYS!!!) i am so excited about the possibilities that i can create with my bare hands i can hardly stand it! there are so many industries i want to dive into, so many projects i want to work on, so many people i want to work with. just so much to do - so much to make into a career, so much fun to be had, thoughts to be thought, and words to put down on paper.

again, i am actually incredibly frightened, but choosing to see the good in certain days. today, i was working on a new project & reaching out to some contacts for advice when... my very favorite song of all time came onto my pandora. it's comical how happy i was in that moment - literally, stood up and started dancing around our living room happy. i haven't been that overjoyed in a long time... i was already giddy to be working on something that i have passion for & then i received some reassurance - the joy was literally shooting out of my body in the form of dance (picture it.) point is - i am a believer in signs & fate and all that universal power stuff & today, i just feel like i'm on the right track with this job thing. i'm not sure what i will feel like tomorrow but today, it's all good.

i don't know, maybe i am being naive and young but i'm thrilled and inspired and i want to share some inspo pics to prove it to the world!
